Live-Tech hosted Exchange SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

Live-Tech Cloud Services are provided as network-based service and each charged for/on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Live-Tech provides all server and software maintenance, including 24/7 monitoring, testing and deployment of software patches, bug fixes, service packs, same-version upgrades, monitors and manages user accounts according to the provisions set forth in this SLA. Each Service also includes the provision of Live-Tech’s proprietary account provisioning and management.

Live-Tech hosted Exchange NO-­SPAM POLICY

This policy further defines some of the prohibited actions as found in Acceptable Use Policy, a part of the master agreement executed when subscribed to Live-Tech hosted Exchange services and which outlines the acceptable and prohibited actions on your hosted account.

Live-Tech hosted Exchange Data Security and Safeguards

Live-Tech’s list of security controls pertains to Organizational Structure, Physical Security, Data Backup, System Availability, Logical Security, Change Management, and Communications.
